Tungsten Wedding Ring

So my boyfriend and I went shopping and we found in an antique store a .78 carat european cut engagement ring with side stones and a matching wedding band. It was made in the 1930’s.

I love it and it fit perfectly, size 6 all other jewelry stores had rings in size 7 and would have to be refitted. It is way below his budget for an engagement ring and it is the whole engagement and wedding set.

He wanted to get it for me right there, but he was concerned that I would have reservations about it being used, or that it might be cursed, or that it was blessed for some other couple in another lifetime.

Does anyone have any thoughts on whether or not a stone should be brand new to the individual? or does it not matter?

I initially asked him for a ring that was in the family, but he has not heirlooms and he figured any heirloom would go to his sister, so we went shopping for ur own.

My Boyfriend and i of over 2 years are going to be getting engaged within a couple of months. We are only 20 years old, so we dont make that much money. I Need some ideas for wedding rings, like where to purchase them, and not get ripped off.
I Want White gold, princess cut rings.I Also want at least 1/2 carat up to 1 1/2 carat. BUT spending no more then about $1500. or make payments. I Have looked at ebay and many other stores. I Just feel uneasy about some of them???? ANY HELP?
Also: I Live in a Very Very Small town. With less then 6,000 people. So i have to drive at least 45 mintues to any town….

Looking For a ring 3 stone cubic zirconium with the center stone no larger than 1 carat preferably white gold ring. with other designs/more small stones on ring.

Later I will replace the CZ with real diamond but right now i cant afford that

It’s about a carat and a half, not too gaudy but I get comments on it all the time because it’s very shiny because it’s perfectly cut. I’d like to bring it with me instead of just the band but I’m not sure if I’m going to attract negative attention that way. I don’t doubt Indian women wear diamond rings….I’m just not sure what to do.

It is a 2 carat princess cut stone. In some pictures the stone looks blue, almost like a bright turquoise.
