It is a 2 carat princess cut stone. In some pictures the stone looks blue, almost like a bright turquoise.

The lighting contrasting to the reflection on the flash in the camera might cause the color of the stone to change. Try different lighting to see if that solves the problem. Also, your diamond might be a special type of stone that changes when you enter some sort of different surrounding.( Going outside of a classroom.) You probably have some fluorescence in your diamond.
